Pastoral Council - Acts as an advisory group which represents the interest and concern of parishioners to the pastor. Meetings are scheduled ten times during the to review the state of the Parish and parish activities.

Finance Committee - Reviews finances of Immaculate Conception Church and advises the Pastor on matters of budget and expenditures. This committee reviews income and expenditures to ascertain the fiscal health of the parish.

Stewardship Committee - Supports and facilitates the Archdiocesan Stewardship Initiative. Stewardship emphasizes the time, talents, and resources parishioners give to their parishes. It recognizes those who are already stewards and promotes involvement by all parishioners.

Pro-Life Committee - Represents the parish pro-life commitment as God calls us through prayer and action to affirm the sancitity of human life from conception to natural death. Responsibilities include education parishioners about all life issues. This group also monitors state and federal regulations affecting life issues.

Music Ministry - We invite the members of our parish to share their vocal and instrumental talents with us in celebrating the Eucharist by becoming cantors for the weekend masses, or by joining one of our wonderful choirs: Joy! for Grades 4-6; Praise! for Grades 7-12; Spirit! for all adults; and Worship! open by audition to adults. Environment and Arts Committee - Comprised of those lending their time and talents in the areas of flowers, banners, liturgy and music. The Committee was formed to enhance the worship of all who enter and share in the celebrations of our community.

Social Concerns - An outreach ministry which brings the Eucharist to shut-ins. In addition, a weekly church bulletin, birthday greetings, Thanksgiving baskets and other remembrances are brought to those homebound or living in Nursing Homes.

Prayer Chain - Sponsored by the Women's Guild, this ministry is comprised of those who make a commitment to pray daily for those on our Prayer List.

Women's Guild - Open to all women of the parish to promote the spiritual and social life of its members and the parish through various activities. The Guild sponsors fundraisers such as the Christmas Craft Fair, the Christmas Cookie Walk, and the winter Potluck Supper. The Guild also awards two $1,000 scholarships each year to high school seniors continuing their education.

Knights of Columbus - A Catholic Layman's Organization which meets monthly. The Knights of Columbus helps Catholic men remain strong in their faith through fraternity. Some of their activities include a weekly Rosary, annual scholarship, and a Valentine's Day Dance.

Spirituality Committee - New committee which sponsors programs to enrich the spiritual life of our men, women and children of the parish. This includes our Bible Study/Faith Sharing Group.

Small Christian Communities - Faith sharing group which meets to deepen faith through readings, reflection and prayer.
|
Gardening Committee - Plants and tends to the flowers and the shrubs at the Church, the Fatima shrine and the Rectory.
|
Parish Activities Committee - Assists the Pastor in planning and implementing Parish-wide activities such as the Annual picnic in September and Light Up New Hartford in early December.

Liturgical Ministries - Altar servers, Lectors, and Eucharistic Ministers are scheduled to serve on a rotating schedule for Sunday Mass and special Holidays.
